Notice of Intent to Vacate Storage Unit
I enter this as my 10 day written notice of intent to vacate my storage unit as required by my rental agreement. I will be moving out, having all contents removed, free of debris and broom swept and unlocked on the Vacant Date.
I understand that if the unit is not completely empty, broom swept and unlocked on the date I’ve provided, my security deposit is forfeited and I will be charged for the removal of goods, cleaning, lock removal and any other charges incurred. If I extend my vacate date, I understand that this 10 day written notice will become null and void and a new one will need to be given to satisfy the 10 day requirement.

Your security deposit will be mailed to you within 10 business days of satisfying the above terms and a thorough inspection of the unit has been completed. If there is a new mailing address, please provide it below.
